After an interval of about a decade, LDS launched a programme for the formation and training of Christian spiritual directors. This began with a Foundational Programme from 12 June 2021 to 7 August 2021.
49 participants from Catholic and Christian churches attended the Foundational Programme. In view of Covid-19 restrictions, the programme was conducted online via Zoom.
Resource persons included Sr Rosalia Yeo, FdCC; Ms Christina Joy, a lay spiritual director; Fr Colin Tan, SJ; Friar Derrick Yap, OFM; and Br Dominic Yeo-Koh, SG.
A team of LDS members were on hand as facilitators at the breakout rooms during the online sessions.
